Eton Mess is a classic British dessert that typically consists of a mixture of strawberries, meringue, and whipped cream. We love to add in a little bit of creative flair however by sprucing this dish up using Turkish Delight squares, a scoop of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and a generous serving of our Rose Gin Jam, for that extra burst of Rose flavour. The beauty with Eton Mess is that there's no right or wrong. You, as the chef, can put your own fun flair onto this dish and create for yourself a delightful, sweet, and slightly crunchy dessert with a mix of textures and flavours. Turkish Delight Eton Mess Recipe Ingredients : Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Strawberries - washed & cut into small cubes Meringue / Pavlova Nests - crushed by slapping them in the palm of your hand A packet of Rose Turkish Delight - cut into small cubes Whipped Cream Method : Pre-chill 4 glasses in the fridge for 30 mins - the fancier the glasses, the more impressive your dessert will look. Just make sure they're clear glasses so your guests can see the layers in your dish. Place one scoop of the Vanilla Bean Ice Cream into the base of the glass. Sprinkle & layer with a little handful of strawberries, Turkish Delight cubes & crushed meringue.
