That's why we're sharing our beloved recipe with you: Blueberry Banana Bread Recipe Ingredients: 350g over-ripened mashed bananas 130g softened diced butter 150g caster sugar 2 eggs 220g Plain Flour 2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp chia seeds 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon Pinch of salt 1 tsp bicarb soda 100g Buttermilk 2 tsp Vanilla Essence 3 dollops of Blueberry & Vanilla Bean Jam Instructions: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a loaf tin. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, diced butter, and caster sugar until well-mixed. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Stir in plain flour, baking powder, chia seeds, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, bicarb soda, buttermilk, and vanilla essence until combined. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin. Using a butter knife, gently swirl dollops of Blueberry & Vanilla Bean Jam on top of the batter. Bake for approximately 55 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before slicing. (Or if you can't wait, sneak a warm slice after 10 minutes!)
